We strongly believe that having Cody Party Centre Partners in the stores, creates one of our largest growth opportunities. Our stores are designed as a smaller more personal store which allows for constant communication with the customers which is not offered by larger stores. Having a chance to communicate with the customer, gives you a chance to develop a relationship and trust, which will result in the opportunity to sell more products and ensure that our customers have a successful event. We want a customer that comes in to celebrate a first birthday, to return year after year until they are celebrating a Graduation or even a Wedding. Many of the rental customers are first time renters and want to be helped by a person with enthusiasm and care. The retail customers only visit when a special occasion arises and if we have a chance to develop a relationship with them, we know they will be back.
Our state of the art web site is another great growth area and we are always working on updates and improvement. We have a full rental catalog with pictures, pricing, quotation worksheet and online ordering available. We have also introduced an online retail and costume inventory selection for purchases through a partners "store specific" web site. This will give you the opportunity to sell your product over the internet, throughout North America from your own store. Eighty percent of our customers view the site before making final purchase decisions. To date we are not aware of any other competitors web site that is comparable. |
