Franchise Program

New Cody Party Store franchisee will operate a store using the Cody name and will own all of the inventory. The new Cody Party store owners initial investment will be for rental inventory, retail inventory, leaseholds, and office supplies.

Initial investment is $150 000.00 to $250 000.00 depending on the geographical market.

Cody Party will provide signage layout, replicated web site and state of the art business management software. Cody Party will prepare all advertising including yellow pages, catalogues and web site.

New store owner will pay a royalty of 6% on gross sales to Cody Party Centre. Cody Party Centre will provide assistance in setting up all bookkeeping and accounting systems.

The new Cody Party store owner will have the opportunity to re-rent product from our central warehouse and purchase retail inventory from pre-selected suppliers.

Cody Party Centre will provide a replicated Cody Party web site for the new partner to customize and meet their individual needs.

Cody Party Centre will provide initial and ongoing training and support including an experienced Cody Party Customer Service Representative. We also have available, complete online training and certification for all aspects of the party rental industry.
